These terms cover your use of snackytools.com and the apps you download or buy here. By using the site or our apps, you agree to them. “We” and “us” means SnackyTools.com. Questions? Contact us.
Buying an app
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- After you pay, you get a download link and a licence key by email. The download link works for 48 hours. If it runs out, contact us for a new one.
Your licence
- It never expires. The version you buy keeps working. There is no subscription.
- One year of updates is included, starting on the day you buy. After that year, your copy keeps working, but newer versions are not included.
- Each key works on a set number of computers at the same time. For Speedy CSV, that’s three. To move a licence to a new computer, deactivate it on the old one first.
- You may use our apps for personal or business work.
- Please don’t share, sell or publish your key, and don’t try to get around the licence check. We may switch off a key that is being misused.
- You’re buying a licence to use the app. We keep ownership of the software itself.
Refunds
If an app doesn’t work out for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it through our contact page. We’ll refund the full price through PayPal. No need to give a reason. When we refund, the licence key is switched off.
Free apps and Demo versions
Some apps are free, and some have a free Demo with limits, like the Demo of Speedy CSV. They’re offered as they are, with no promise of updates or support, though we’re always glad to hear from you.
Internet connection
Activating a licence and checking for updates need an internet connection. Everything else works offline. Our desktop apps work on the files on your computer and never upload them. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what an app sends when it checks a licence.
Keep backups of your files
Our apps change files on your computer. Keep a copy of any file that matters before you edit it, especially before importing it into another system like Shopify.
No guarantee, and limits on our liability
We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided “as is”. We can’t promise they’ll be free of errors or suit every purpose.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or time your business couldn’t work. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, guess licence keys or copy its content for your own site. The text, images and apps on snackytools.com belong to SnackyTools.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes won’t take away a licence or updates you’ve already paid for.
